Currency

All prices and transactions on our website are processed in US Dollars (USD).

When You Are Charged

Payment is collected in full at the time you place your order. Your order will not be processed or shipped until payment has been successfully received.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive one, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@originalframe.com.

All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Original Frame does not store your full payment card details.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of $8.95 USD is added to all orders at checkout, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, your order will not be completed. Please check your payment details or use an alternative method. If problems continue, contact your bank or card provider.

Cancellations and Refunds
